The Problem With The Program, the Milta Program

The problem with the Milta (Miltha) program is that it is real. It IS happening; it is really happening. Life seems as though it weren't, but it is, and you can see it if you know what to look for. The world is the image or the program, and it helps to have an imagic world view. That this life has actually been that program playing out is a hell of a thing to bite you when you die. You thought this was this, when it actually was that--that being exactly what the Bible says it is.

I remember the night I was baptized in the Holy Ghost, realizing that while we lived in this world, this universe subject to the laws of physics, life was NOT what we learned from experience and school. I had become joined to a world that was invisible and was subject to the laws of God--the program. And now I know that the program is the Milta--God becoming manifest, and His Manifestation becoming Him.

And the problem is that people cannot see the program, the Milta. It has to be made evident. Miracles have to happen. People have to sense Him. They have to hear, to feel, to see that world's reality. We know Him by His ACTS. It is not for naught that the book is called the Book of Acts. For those who say, "I'll believe it when I see it," they have to be shown what to look for.

The Tree of Life is the Fact that this is GOD'S LIFE, not Ours; Thus, He is Lord of Our Life: the Tree of Life is KEEPING it that way

As former United States President Joseph Biden would say, "Think about it."  When there was nothing--no dimensions, no infinity, no "thing" in any way, shape or form, there was . . . well, we don't know.  There was (...?), the ineffable God.  And (...?) had the power to create "thing" out of nothing.  The No-thing that (...?) Itself was (and is), everything is from It, and everything is OF It.  (...?) has made us to live, and it "gives" us life; but we physically and the life He has given us nevertheless and evermore are HIS.  He owns us.  STAY in that channel with Him as your lord, and everything is all right.

The Tree of Life is submission to "God is in control."

The Program

There is a program that God is endeavoring in. He wants himself here. That is His program. His increasing and our decreasing by our becoming Him. John the Baptist got the math. Nothing but the program really matters. The Bible makes it clear: our concern is evangelism, making people into Him, serving Him by increasing Him. He is good stuff!

We are NOT to be concerned about peripheral things that God has said He will take care of. Are you worried that politicians will steal your liberties? That so-and-so is going to attack? Worried about not being one of the 144 thousand? Or that there is too much salt in processed foods? If you are in the program, God has promised to take care of you. Not that you won't die eventually, but even if you do, He's there.

That is the way Jesus went. Slapped, punched, whipped, crowned with thorns (ouch!), crucified -- at every point where man had failed to submit his will to God's, Jesus recapitulated man's failure with humble, surrendered submission to God's will. He was dedicated. Jesus succeeded submitting until death: "It is adhered to!" (John 19:30 Alexander). And God was there.

Now Jesus is risen and is the Federal Head of a new man, the Milta man. We were born into the failed man program, and now we can be adopted into the new creation, the resurrected and growing unto completion Milta program.

Get with the program. "Repent and believe in the reward," which is our giving our being unto adoption by Him (i.e., you are His reward, if you will surrender and submit yourself to His lordship).

John 1:1's 'Milta' (Miltha, or Logos) is Genesis 1:1's 'Beginning' -- Messiah Jesus' and Moses' Matching Theology

I do not know if I can explain this adequately. I suppose that anyone reading this is going to know that  Jesus' mother tongue was Aramaic. Aramaic was very closely related to Hebrew, and the Jews converted to using Aramaic as their national language during their 70-year stay in Babylon. The Jews took it with them when they returned to Judea, so when Jesus and his family, his disciples and everyone else in his community spoke to each other, they naturally spoke in Aramaic. Jesus taught John in Aramaic. In the Aramaic version of John, John uses the term 'Milta' in reference to the pre-incarnate Christ. I have read speculation that it was John who coined the term Milta, but I believe that it was Jesus who taught the term to John.

The idea of the Milta is that the ineffable Most High spirit being has a comparable, more concrete and substantive manifestation this side of himself. You might think of this comparable being as the qualities and connotations of the Most High's essential nature, his affections, love, kindness, values, emotions, powers, concerns &c. being manifested in their fulness in another being "over there," although that other being is still actually him. The Most High would say of it, "I am that I am," and His Manifestation would say of Him, "I am that I am, too." And they are.

Yes, the idea is that there are two of God. The Most High is One in spite of existing in two forms. THAT is the world we are in, whether we like it or not. The first One is hidden, invisible, and unknowable; and the second is that same hidden One made visible, and knowable. The knowable Manifestation, the Milta, became apparent to us as Jesus. In Victor Alexander's translation of the Aramaic New Testament, footnotes incorporated, John 1:1-5 reads:

1. In the beginning [of creation] there was the Milta (the Manifestation, the essential connotation of Allaha, the Godhead); And that Milta (Manifestation) was with Allaha (the Godhead); and Allaha (the Godhead) was [the embodiment of] that Milta (Manifestation).

2. This (Manifestation, the Milta) was in the beginning with Allaha (the Godhead).

3. Everything was within his power ([in his] hand), [otherwise] nothing would ever exist (And without his hand, not one [thing that] became would have become).
4. Through him [there] was Life (life everlasting) and Life (life everlasting) became the spark (light) of humanity.
5. And that [ensuing] fire (light) lights the darkness and darkness does not overshadow it.

I think it important here to not see the Ineffable nor Its Manifestation as static noun units, but as powerful dynamic actions. Together they are an act, a movement. Jesus used the illustration of wind blowing wherever it will. Rabbi David A. Cooper explains this movement as the act of "beginningness" (1997. God is a Verb: Kabbalah and the practice of Mystical Judaism. New York: Riverhead Books. See p. 61-79). Existence is the dynamic movement of the Milta. The Milta is growing, maturing, becoming more fully like Its ineffable Father. OUR action is where He grows and expands, and the Ineffable is glorified.

Now to Moses and Genesis 1:1. "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." The verse is pretty well known, and refers to a point of time in the past, right? But Cooper (p. 66) suggests a Jewish Kabbalist could say, "With a beginning, [It] created God (Elohim), the heavens and the earth." With a beginning, an action, not at a point of time. Once there was a beginning, Cooper says, the Most High created a God to which the rest of creation could relate. And it is through that manifestation of God that the heavens and the earth are created. So the Milta is the One who CREATES the heavens and the earth. Says Victor Alexander's translation: "As the beginning, the Son of God creates the heavens and the earth. And the earth was for Him and by Him, and the darkness was over the face of infinite space, and the Spirit of God was over the layers of water" (Genesis 1:1-2 Alexander, emphasis mine).

The Milta is progressively building the Milta. The Milta, the Manifestation of God, is the beginning of--the firstborn of--creation. Everything comes into existence through its manifesting the Father. Everything is FOR the manifesting, but not everything is going to BE the manifesting. Somethings are necessary for facilitating the generation of the Milta.

John saw what Moses meant by brasheeth (Alexander's transliteration of the Aramaic) in Genesis 1. The Milta is the beginning movement of all creation AND is the destined End of the Most High's manifestation. The Milta is the Firstborn of creation, the Messiah and the Savior, the Eternal Righteousness of the Father . . . manifested.

Here is an insightful lesson which has still another rendering of Genesis 1:1. Maybe the best. Which is that it is on account of the Milta, the Messiah, the Manifestation of the Most High, that everything begins: The FIRST WORD In the Bible... (https://www.youtube.com/shorts/lOhhjfsNNBc)

A later contribution: Beyond the Nothingness there was an ineffable force. It became conscious. It realized that it was. It could say of itself, "I am." That self-aware force manifests. It's Manifestation, the Milta, says, "I am that I am." And It is. Moses met the Milta, and the Milta during John's time (and right on schedule) became manifested in the Messiah, Jesus. He is the One who is, the Ineffable manifest. And His mission--OUR mission--to build the Milta into the pure manifestation of the Ineffable.

Evangelism is to Build the Milta (Miltha)

Nothing is as important or as wonderful as the Milta, the Son of God. "God so loved the world that he gave forth his only begotten son, that whoever believes in him does not [go] into oblivion, except that they may have life everlasting" (John 3:16 Alexander)--i.e., that they may become him, the Milta. The Milta is God's highest hope for us, for the Milta is the manifestation of God himself.

What could be more full of love, power, joy and fulfillment than to be the manifestation of the Ineffable? That is what is going on, why evangelism is enjoined upon us. The Ineffable imagined Itself manifesting, and assumed that was fully real. Now It -- that End -- is becoming. The honor and majesty of the Most High, HIS honor and majesty, shall be manifesting through us, because we are the Milta. Because we live in a state of surrender and submission to BEING what we are, HIM.

The Milta came among us as Jesus to recapitulate man and to open the door to our becoming Milta ourselves. Not by ourselves, but by becoming joined with his manship--submitted lordship. And in the end our end shall be that End. And all it takes is the humility to bow the knee and honestly recognize that Jesus is the Milta, confess Him as Lord, the Manifestation of the unknowable Most High.

Neville Goddard's Key: Leave Lordship To God

Back in the 2000s I found Neville Goddard's Resurrection at a used bookstore. Over the years I have found, listened to and read just about everything Neville taught. I never once tried to manifest or imagine anything into existence; I am just a lay theologian who is interested in Neville's theology. Like him, I have experienced spiritual things and KNOW that the Bible is true, though maybe not quite like it is commonly read. I discovered that multitudes use Neville's techniques to control their world and to get whatever they want by some sort mental force or cosmic magic, processes much illustrated and explained by Neville in his lectures and publications.

Neville, who read the Bible much with care and understanding, also lived by it. He strove to perceive what Scripture really meant, what it means. Here are a couple of things he apparently found.

A) Although Neville never to my knowledge used the term, Neville apparently understood the Milta (Miltha). The Milta is the objective, substantive Manifestation of God. Well, it's the Manifestation of God from the His first subjective thought to the objective completion of His Being. That is, there is whatever God is, which is UNmanifested, and there is whatever God is, manifested. With the Milta, God is One in two different forms. Hold on, it gets better. The first, the "Father," has assumed the completed, ultimate existence of the second, his Manifestation the "Son," and that Manifestation isn't done yet.

Say what?

Although the Father has ASSUMED itself to be fully and completely manifested in the Milta, it takes time to generate that fulfilled end in what we call reality. The fulfillment is still in process--the end of the assumption is coming. The Plan is becoming fulfilled.

B) Here is Neville's key: the lordship of the Father. It is right and proper to recognize that the Father is lord of everything. Although the Father is also the Son--the Son is the Manifestation OF him, the Father is the SOURCE of the Son. There is recognized headship in the Godhead. So when Neville imagined to "create" an end, HE HONORED GOD THE FATHER'S LORDSHIP BY DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO BRING THE DESIRED END TO PASS. "If there is a God, he will bring it to pass . . . and there IS a God." OUR trying of ourselves to make the end we desire is the sin of Eve in the Garden. She wanted to assert her lordship, to eat God's lordship by doing things herself and by her husband.

Have You Got Your Meld Yet? Combination With God Is A Real, EXPERIENTIAL EVENT of Life Infusion, Not The Adoption Of An Emotional, Sentimental Philosophy

"I never knew you." Not something you want to hear.

"Me? You never knew me?" This is not the time to ask, "What do you mean?" You want to find out NOW what "I never knew you" MEANS.

Knowing is joining, becoming one, as in, "The two shall become one." Knowing is fusion. He imbues us with the Holy Ghost. Knowing is the Pentecostal baptism: our spirit made alive, regenerated and quickened by the Holy Ghost.

Jesus' knowing us is not our knowing about Him. His knowing us is not our believing the Gospel about Him, accepting Jesus as our personal lord and savior, confessing Him with our lips, giving testimony about Him, having faith in His resurrection, being "born again" because Biblical doctrine says we are . . . all these have nothing to do with His knowing us.

Jesus' knowing us is when He accepts us and infuses our spirit with His Life, the Holy Ghost. Jesus' knowing us is FELT. We feel it. His knowing us is a sensual, ecstatic experience. God's eternal Life infuses our spirit. THEY COMBINE. We meld with Him. We experience the infusion of Life; it feels like living water flooding our bowels, and it has the sensation of swelling upward to the mouth. There is no question in us as to whether it has happened or not. For some moments, the Holy Ghost takes over. The Holy Ghost speaks with our mouth with our having no control over it--HE moves our lips while we observe with grateful hearts. Except for being overwhelmed with love and appreciation, WE STAY OUT OF IT.

It isn't from SAYING we are surrendered and submitted; it is from BEING surrendered and submitted, our self-lordship GONE and our self-control completely abandoned. It is when we are NOTHING that He, the Beginningness, makes us HIM, and He knows us.

God Manifests as Myriads of People

The Milta (Miltha) is a NETWORK. The Milta is Jesus Christ everywhere. The network the Milta is is manifestation of that connotation existent in the ineffable Most High, which is Itself a great network of consciousnesses. So It manifests as conscii. The Milta, the Manifestation of the Most High, is why good international relations are so important to us.

Fort Miltha (Milta)

Quite literally, there isn't anything in the universe that matters as much as the Miltha (Milta). Nothing is as precious. The Miltha is more than the center of the universe; it IS the universe, and much, much more, in a very special way. God made the Miltha, and then made the universe for it. The Miltha is God's highest ranking idea, His number one objective, and we are created to fulfill it.

"This is what I am going to do today," thought God this morning. Morning to Him, 15 billion years ago to us. He hasn't even had lunch yet--He is too intent on His project. God's project is our purpose. The Miltha is what He is moving everything around for. God has given everything He can for the Miltha. Jesus. You have heard of Him. Jesus is God's representative to us about the Miltha. Jesus revealed--no, REVEALS--the Miltha to us, for that is what He was and is . . . and will ever be. The Miltha is Jesus Christ everywhere. Glory to His name forever.

Miltha. "Say it loud, and there's music playing; say it soft, and you are literally praying" (sorry, Bernstein and Sondheim). Miltha. Never stop saying, "Miltha." What is a Miltha? The Miltha is God (see John 1:1, where Miltha has been translated as Logos, the Word of God). The Miltha is not "like" God; the Miltha is God Himself. The Miltha is the manifestation of God, the essential connotation of that ineffable Being in the form of a thing. It's everything. The Miltha is not a message about God, is not God's expression, explanation, or illustration. The Miltha IS that ineffable Being Himself, manifest. THAT is the trick God is up to. The Miltha is the whole act of God's manifestation, the whole kit-and-caboodle of His manifestation from its Beginning to its End. Problem is we're not at the end yet.

The Miltha's mechanics are fascinating. It is inconceivable to man that a creative force, some ineffable pre-God Stuff existing beyond the Nothingness, began to think. And that thinking was the beginning of Beginningness, the Source of all things. That ineffable Stuff imagined Its own Beginningness existent as a thing to Its end, being fully manifested as the Miltha. I.e., It imagined Itself, over there. "That is Me," or if you would, "I AM THAT I AM (and HE IS ME, too)." It works both ways--God is one Being in two forms. "I am this one, AND I am that one."

So which was on the cross? They both were. Are. Both are eternally recapitulating man's fault of being unlike God and self-lording, substitutionally sacrificing Itself, redeeming, forgiving, and resurrecting . . . us. Its (His, Their) purpose is to build the Miltha, for It isn't fulfilled yet. To build the Miltha--THAT's the most important thing in the universe, in all of Creation. Building the Miltha is God's number one priority--His own perfection shall exist in perfect manifestation. And it isn't perfect yet, because we are still walking around all screwy. But fall under God's auspices as part of the project, and you gain Eternal Life. You become regenerated, a new creation pugged into getting fixed, into being made into the Miltha, and you get health and prosperity and soundness of mind. In building the Miltha you might have persecution, but you are joined with the Miltha, you ARE the Miltha, and He will be with you, for the most important thing to Him is . . . you. Persecution and serenity, heartbreak and peace. Go figure. Be brave, and read Dr. T.L. Osborn's The Power of Positive Desire: Seven Vital Principles for Unlimited Living. Or listen to the audio book.

Go Fund Vic Alexander's Translation, v-a.com &c., April 6, 2026

I have been corresponding with Victor N. Alexander, a native Aramaic speaker who has translated much of the Old Testament and all of the New Testament from the ancient Aramaic text. His idiomatic translation with many, many footnotes is quite unique. The insights I get from his translations and notes floor me. He had a web page up for a long time, v-a.com, but had to let it go when Satan attacked him with leukemia. The chemo therapy, which most of us knew nothing about, was very detrimental and disruptive to his mental faculties, and financially ruinous. Vic is not an endowed institution; he's just a guy who knows the ancient Aramaic of the Church of the East very, very well. And if you do not yet have his translated books (I find the individual books much easier to handle, but I have the combined volumes also), I think you are missing out on an awful lot (his notes will revise your understanding of what you've got).

Well, Vic would like to get v-a.com back online, probably as aramaic-bible.com. And he feels inspired to try to translate the rest of the Torah and the other books of the Old Testament. But he needs funding. If you have been blessed by his insightful translations and notes of the ancient Aramaic, the language the ancients actually lived and spoke in, and the perspective of the Eastern Church, and would like access to his digital books of the Scriptures, please consider sending Vic a donation. I can't promise anything, and no, it won't be tax deductible (at least I don't think so), but just maybe Vic and his wife Liv can get his website hosted to where all the Church can benefit from it. Vic's present mailing address is:

1129 Linden Avenue #2

Glendale, CA 91201

Vic's birthday is May 7th. He is 83 years old now, so cut him some slack. His email address is vicalexander37@gmail.com. Here is the latest I have from him:

Hi Dan,

Today, I decided to start translating the next three books of the Old Testament. I had translated Genesis and Exodus only. Today, I started translating Leviticus. Everyday I will translate in the morning when I'm sharp. As you know I can read the Ancient Aramaic right off the pages of the Church of the East Old Testament. I can read and write modern Assyrian also.
In a few days, I'll get my new PayPal card. With it I can buy aramaic-bible.com and there I will start posting my translations of Leviticus and the rest of the other two books of the Old Testament.
Then there are a few more books of the last twelve books of the Old Testament, and eventually I'll have translated the who Church of the East Ancient Aramaic Bible, with scholarly footnotes at the end of each chapter.
As it is, my translation of the Church of the East New Testament with scholarly footnotes at the end of each chapter is unique. No other translation in the English language has these so many (sic) notes.
Of course, I'll probably never finish the entire Old Testament, because the Old Testament is a lot bigger than the New Testament. It might take me another five or even ten years to complete the Old Testament translation. But I must try anyways.
   Thanks for writing.
With the blessings of Maran Eashoa Msheekha,
Victor N. Alexander

Previous to that:

Hi Dan,

Thanks again. I saw Hostinger's offer. At first it's less money, then it's like all others -- especially a major Bible website like v-a.com/Bible/
I not only had all the New Testament, but also ten books of the Old Testament which are essential to the understanding of Christianity.
As you probably know, the first five books of the Bible are the Torah of Judaism, or the five books of Moses -- which I'm not really interested in as such. However I have translated them anyway. And they have as much to do about Christianity as they do about Moses.
Also, I have other subjects under v-a.com -- for example, alcohol addiction, etc.
I can get an American Express card myself -- and I might do it in a few months anyways. But I prefer not to use it for my Bible pages online.
Hostinger is a pretty good hosting website, as for the domain, of course, it's very expensive, because v-a.com is a very large domain. So if you want to contribute some money toward my new Bible page on the Internet, you can simply send me a check or money order, and I'll use it to get my Church of the East New Testament and the ten books of the Church of the East Old Testament on a new Bible website -- Victor Alexander's Bible from the original language it was recorded in, with scholarly footnotes. I'll abbreviate it of course.
So it will be a one time expense for you. Think about it, and if it's something you want to do, let me know.
With blessings of Marran Eashoa Msheekha as always,
Victor N. Alexander

If you have been blessed by Victor's work, or would just be willing to help him out for Jesus' sake, please consider supporting his work financially and with a lot of PRAYERS.

Eidah Goorah--"Great Feast" of the Church of the East-

Happy Easter, or as they say in the Church of the East, Eidah Goorah--Great Feast!  I do hope you are doing well.  A week or so ago I asked those who have been blessed by Victor Alexander's translations to make contributions to his address to get v-a.com back online.  Because Vic sounded pretty healthy, I included his e-mail address so potential contributors could correspond with him directly.  But then I saw that he was still not ready, and I had to pull that blog post.  I wonder if it would be possible for his wife, Liv, or some other responsible person to put the v-a.com material online in his stead.  I tried to ask Liv directly, but apparently she is not monitoring her old website.

Victor's idea of the Milta, the Manifestation of the ineffable Most High, has revolutionized my theology.  We've got two of the same one thing: the original Most High not manifested and the same Most High manifested.  It stands to reason that the unmanifested Most High imagined what it would be like if It were manifest, and then assumed that It was.  Now It is becoming that--the unmanifested is becoming Itself manifested.  The PLAN of Allaha is becoming manifest reality, and that requires generation of character, which takes time.  The Milta became Jesus, the Son of God and the Son of Man, and as the Second Adam recapitulated the first Adam's life, except God's way (the Tree of Life) was, as Alexander says in John 19:30, adhered to.  At every  point the First Adam failed, the second Adam succeeded in submitting to, adhering to God's will.  Only Victor's translation features this, that the Way is submitting to God's lordship.  The Milta in (and as) Jesus presented God to us.  Here is a word for you to digest, euaggelion.  The Western Church always translates it as gospel, glad tidings, and good news.  I.e., a message.  But Jesus was the message.  Historically, a euaggelion was the reward the people who received the message gave to the deliverer of the message.  The reward we give Jesus for bringing the message to us is the lordship of our selves.  We recognize Him as LORD, lay down our self-lordship, and submit ourselves to His lordship.  This reward we give Him is the "Gospel" that saves us.  The surrender of our self-lordship to Him is the key that makes the Paradise, as Victor says in Genesis 3, "returnable."  Every other English translation has it incorrectly.

The old-times receivers of glad tidings rewarded their bringer with their acceptance of the message and a great feast to celebrate it, so Eidah Goorah (Great Feast), Victor, Eidah Goorah.  Repented and forgiven, we are back in the Garden, guiltless before Allaha, both the unmanifest and the Milta, the Manifestation.  And we can tell Satan to leave and to stay away, for we are back with God and under HIS lordship.

I hope you and your loved ones have a beautiful weekend,
Dan Steele

Jesus is the Message

The Gospel isn't a message about Jesus. Jesus was and is the message from God to man. Jesus brought the message about God by being it. The Gospel is what we do having received and believed the message that was Jesus. What do we do? We give the deliverer of the message a reward. We surrender our self-lordship, the self-direction and control of our lives, submitting ourselves in recognition unto HIS lordship. Then forgiving us and accepting our sincere surrender and humble submission, He regenerates our spirits. We're back in Paradise again.

1 Corinthians 2:2 Our Priority is Man's Need of Salvation--Nothing Else Matters

Let's make a list. What do you feel you need to be involved in, to do something about, to speak to someone about? What matters? What is wrong with the world? What is on your mind? Take out a pencil and paper or phone and write to yourself. Are you upset about failing schools? Failing marriages? Women wearing pants? The lack of water in Mali? Puppy mills. Micro plastics? Corruption in some administration? Climate change? The war in (your choice)? Trump? The spread of Marxist thought? School bullies? Lack of discipline? Home owner associations overstepping their bounds? Karens? Homelessness? The lines at TSA? The dollar or yuan as reserve currency? Monsanto? Gas prices? Go on with your list. What are you concerned about? What are you going to attack? Would you go to a meeting, talk to your neighbor about it, join a protest, go out to vote? What are you going to spend your time and energy trying to fix? What is important? What is the most important thing for you to be involved in?

Paul said in First Corinthians 2:2 that the most important thing he saw was the Milta and man's need of salvation. Not this faction or that faction, not politics or the economy but the lost. There are people who are not saved. There are people who have not heard that the Milta has come, that the recapitulation was adhered to, that Jesus Christ is Lord over heaven and earth and that we can surrender our lordship unto Him--that peace with God and life in His way is here, available for the recognition of His lordship.

For Paul, nothing else mattered. The world clamors about this and that so-called important thing. They are distractions. "We are all going to die! We can't let them do this to us," they insist. Well, yes, we will die. Best die doing what Jesus DID--preach the reward.

Summation of Where God Came From

Where did God come from? Nothing can think, and "God" is that process.
