Jacob’s Jesus

For all the story’s validity, Jacob never left Esau. Esau is flesh, the outer man, and Jacob is the inner man. The inner man only goes places in the imagination. The promises, blessings, and birth-right are to the inner man. The outer man exists to facilitate the inner man’s experiences.

MOSES’ inner man took a flight of fancy. Where, what, how is Jethro? Jethro is God’s abundance, the jutting over of his goodness. The inner man took a trip to make himself white - righteous- and learned mind science, if you would, and disciplined the twelve facets of his consciousness. THEN he wrestled with the Man. Inside. With the End-Manifestation we all are to become. Moses’ - our - destiny. The End-Manifestation was there with him, in his mind! He wouldn’t let it go: “YOU are my salvation!” The inner man prevailed and became Israel, Ruled-by-God.

Moses wrestled with Yeshua, for he wanted God’s goodness and blessing. Yes, our Covenant God is YHWH, Jehovah, but he allows us to invoke and grab onto him as Yeshua, our Merciful God, OF WHOM WE MAY BE. As we become like him, we discipline our mental faculties and bless others. As Adam was to Eve, our Creator becomes the husband of our inner man.

IF we reach out to him. He stands at the door knocking, but we have to turn from whatever we are doing and avail ourselves to the door to receive the Gift. It is a mental, inner man thing. Call on — seek in your heart — that specific Nature of God. Define it with praise and worship, exaltation and glory. Then, “I will become what I will become . . . in YOU!”
