The Most Damnable Heresy: Division - a Separate, Other No-thing

I have a little project going on with myself. Getting back to my roots, back to God alone - Golden Key type stuff of thinking only on God alone. Praise, worship. Listening to some videos on the goodness and attributes of God, youtube suggested "God Is" by Dr. John Piper. I know Dr. Piper somewhat. He is a sound theologian. Orthodox. A scholarly academic. And knowing that he is so mainstream, so representative of the Church, made me cry for the low estimate of God in his video. You wouldn't think it was a low estimate to listen to him preaching so emphatically and dramatically. It sounds like the highest, most glorifying expressions of attribution. But no, it is my opinion a demeaning recognition of the One.

I do not mean to pick on Dr. Piper, but he says on one hand (3:45), that God had no beginning. There is nothing besides God. He IS being. Great.

Then on the other hand he says, "There is no reality outside of God unless God wills it and makes it." I cried because this is the way the Church sees it: God over there, Creation over here. Two. Really? Piper goes on (4:10): "God was all there was eternally. There was no space, there was no universe, there was no emptiness. There was only God, and that's all that it was, eternally." Yeah, boy! And then at 5:45, "All that is not God . . . " Whoa. Which way are we going?

I couldn't take it anymore. The Church's view of God is too small. Way too small and, I believe, in gross error. Yes, the Ineffable Most High was all there was eternally. There was not this dimension - no space, no universe, no emptiness. Not just no thing in emptiness, but not even the emptiness for nothing to be in - no dimension. There was nothing - No thing - just the incomprehensible Eternal - THE No-thing. There still is nothing but the Eternal. IT, THE ETERNAL - THE INEFFABLE MOST HIGH ITSELF - WAS THE NO-THING IT MADE INTO EVERYTHING BY IMAGINING ITS END - "CREATION." It did not use a second nothing! There was no "other." There is no division: "GOD ABSOLUTELY IS . . . ONE!! This is the testimony of the Holy Spirit, and denying it is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. Not a good way to go. God is not separate from us. He is doing with us what He doing with Himself, because we are Himself becoming Itself.

I know my view is damnable heresy in the Church. Oh well, I have to go with what God says: He is all in all. Maybe I shouldn't have learned how to read. Blame it on the Holy Spirit.

Repent, and be baptized. And ye shall receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit - the attitude which is Jesus Christ.
