The Evidence for God is His Present Response

God responds now, in the present. He wouldn't, He couldn't, if He didn't exist, or if He didn't have the power to transcendently, effectively respond. Something that might help you is that if your life is going to hell in a handbasket, His rejection of you is a response, too. HIS RESPONSE OF REJECTION IS A REASON TO BELIEVE, TOO, which may lead to a fixing up of all your problems. Toward God is definitely the way to go and to search for the truth and to learn of His reality.

  • Hi Daniel, I found your blog after researching so much about Neville Goddard. I've been on this journey for such a long time and I've bookmarked your page because I feel like you've really done this and actually felt it. I have recently gone through some struggles, feeling like God isn't listening to me. And then somehow, I just randomly pressed this post...and I feel like I have found my answer.
    Thank you.

  • Katie,

You are more than welcome. There is something of a fad right now where people are deconstructing and deconverting from Christianity. They say that there is no evidence of a real, concrete human Jesus Christ having lived two thousand years ago. I say, well, there is no physical thing remaining. The Jews made certain there was nothing left to evidence His having been here. But so what if He isn't here NOW? He personally evidences that He is. In Neville telling Abdullah that it worked, that he had received fare to Barbados in response to his faith, the thing to take away from the story is not that Abdullah's technique worked, but that GOD had. Neville wasn't a technician, he was a theologian. He discovered that God manifests as persons, that He can't NOT hear you, because He hears Himself, which is His dreaming that He is you. We hear Him as without, but He is within. We are two people, three in one: We are His imagination, our imagined self, and the world we have imagined. If you read Neville Goddard's Final Lectures, listen to the original audios of Neville's voice. The book had hundreds of "editings," but presents Neville's theology pretty clearly, that we are Jesus . . . and His Christ.

  • Thank you Daniel for your wonderful response. I felt a whole weight lift as I read it. I struggled so much in making things change outside of me, forgetting that I just needed to remember that God is within me.

I have had some success in the past, before even reading anything to do with Neville Goddard. It's like I instinctively knew it in my heart - I remember so clearly in June 2018 that I just decided to give it up to God and fully surrender. I remember feeling so at peace that I'll be ok with whatever happens in my life, that the unknown was the best thing in life because since my mind didn't know, it means that there is infinite possibly.

Quite soon after I gave it up to the God within and left it with Him, the thing I wanted for so long showed up very soon not long after. I've complicated myself by reading and trying to figure out what to do but I guess I've come full circle - I just need to believe and let it be, stop trying to figure it all out. I feel so much more at peace now. I think that's what I was looking for.
