Anger-caused Cancer: Healing by Forgiveness
You might not be aware that suppressed anger and can initiate cancers. It can (e.g., http://www.alternative-cancer-care.com/cancer-anger-link.html). A big thing in fighting cancer is forgiving those you are angry with and getting God's forgiveness for yourself.
The nature of the universe is to manifest what is believed by Mind. You, I and everyone else are Mind. You are angry with people who are Mind, and they are compelled to manifest your Mind's beliefs. That is, your Mind has created what you are angry with!
Who became you?
God.
Who became them?
God.
Who has done everything?
God.
Who has everything been done to?
God.
Who has been hurt?
God.
By whom has he been hurt?
God.
God's purpose has been to get us to progress toward being ever more like him by dealing with futility and adversity to discover that we are Mind. His Mind, here for His purposes. That is what you have been wasting. We are the cause of our lives and can change our lives by changing our Mind's thoughts. We have taken His Mind as our own and used it for our hateful purposes. Well, your life needs some change, and has found head-on futility and adversity. What a wonderful opportunity to find and define what you are angry about and to forgive it and get over your hate. Forgive yourself and everyone else for being ignorant and cast yourself upon God's mercy.
God became you by his Mind forgetting that it is God and thinking instead that it is you. It "died" of awareness of what it is by forgetting, and you were born blanked-out, dumbed-down and confused. God's Mind so "died" to become everyone. Oh, how patient one can become when he or she realizes that if the One Mind died for all, then all died, and we all are "dead" in our forgetting.
The Bible is the success manual for getting the Holy Spirit, the Mind of God, to help us to remember. It is the "Remembrancer." I.e., it is our memory. What do we (and everyone else) need to approach the Mind in us and to put on that Holy Consciousness in place of our own? Forgiveness. Surrender to God, forgive yourself and forgive everyone else, and thank Him for His forgiveness of all the rebellion you have done in your confusion and ignorance. He does, by the way, forgive you if you are willing to give it up. Are you willing to give it up? Hallelujah!

So you find yourself forgiven and on an open footing with God -- who is not another but is actually you inside. And somehow He seems to have cancer in you body. Well, you have repented your relationship with God, and now it is time to repent your thoughts. You can put this under the heading of "Prayer, How to."
I personally have received physical healings and have intimate knowledge of others' physical healings. Perhaps the most common form of prayer for physical healing is simple acceptance. It is hard to explain doing nothing but accepting.* I think it has a lot to do with approach. Just going to church, temple or a minister with expectation expresses acknowledgement of God. Going forward at an altar call or asking someone to lay hands on you puts your mind in a place to receive, and just accepting your submission to His power seems to do the trick. Recently I had a horrible ache in my neck and shoulder, and as I was lying down to sleep I was thinking about absolutely everything being intelligence that is power. I said to that intelligence, "You can heal me," and the pain went away.
I should mention that if you think that God is an old man in a big chair far, far away on planet Heaven, you might pray yourself to death and never get anything. Beg and plead; it won't do any good. THERE IS NOT A GOD SEPARATE FROM US. You are praying to something that does not exist. The answer is not "No"; it is, "Stop being stupid." God -- the Ineffable -- is immediate and real, and has become you becoming him. And yes, God will just let you die, because your learning that there is only God is more important than your continuing to live here. He'll just try next time; maybe you'll catch on then. You will eventually, and He has got eternity. Listen, brother and sister, there is only one God, and he includes everything.
*A great book on this is The Gift of the Holy Spirit by J. E. Stiles. The gist is there is nothing you can do to get it, and it does not come from anywhere else. You just accept it per scripture: surrendered, submitted, and grateful.
