Belief Compels What is Expected to Fail, So Supercharge Your Expectation With Belief

It is hard for people to realize that their expectations are ruining the show. Why do expectations lead to disappointment? It is because what becomes reality is what is believed, and expectations are not believed, they are hoped. "I expected you to . . . , but in my heart I knew that . . . . I am so disappointed." And there is the rub: what is BELIEVED compels the one of whom there are contrary expectations. He or she does what you believe for you. Expectations ruin, beliefs run.

The solution is to not expect, but to believe. See the end you desire, your "expectation," but instead of thinking of the contrary end you actually believe will be the result, believe you have the end you desire. Feel the satisfaction and relief you will feel when you have what you desire, but FEEL THEM NOW. Establish your "expectation" as your present reality, and do not entertain contrary beliefs. One belief at a time. See, feel and hear the end you desire NOW as if you were there and then, and be glad and grateful about that "present" situation you are in.

Be on the far side of it: if you are expecting a promotion, do not imagine getting the promotion or being promoted, but have BEEN promoted. Be believing in that promoted state. Or married state. Or winner's state. Or possessor's state. Not working on the harvest but enjoying that harvested. The state imagined is the state that will become, so do not imagine the states of hoping or wanting or needing. Imagine the state AFTER satisfaction, and believe that is what you are going to see as the end result.
