The Becoming God

The War is not with Iran, Islam, or Insanity, but with Ignorance -- Duality --- Our Supposed Separation from God

My previous post mentioned "compartmentalization: to break some continuum apart into separated elements. Human minds are designed to be nodes of a much greater network of exchange." That is an elegant description of the reality we are in. The continuum of the Ineffable's consciousness is broken into innumerable bits -- "conscii" -- which is what our conscious awareness inside us really is.

The fact that God's consciousness is a continuum of which we are part is a big problem. Jews, Christians, Muslims, and Hindus all hold that God is one. What that one is, and what it includes, is open to conjecture. There are two extreme views: 1) God is one entirely separate and alone, and creation is entirely separate and alone and nothing like God; and 2) God is one entirely alone, and creation is entirely his consciousness in the action of his own manifestation without any separation.

The first extreme joins creation to God, and is shirk. The second extreme is emanation of God -- He is One and All -- there is no creation apart from Him. NO creation is independent, or apart, or not completely God Himself, whatever form it may be in, because God is one -- EVERYTHING! There isn't anything that exists that he isn't. He is the most and the least WITHOUT DIVISION. Obviously, if he made and maintained creation apart from himself, he would be divided.

The whole thing of ancient Aramaic Christianity is the realization of the oneness of God in the second extreme. We emanated from God without separation and still are Him without division, but unfortunately also without awareness of it.

We are, as I said, in truth conscii, bits of the Ineffable's continuum of consciousness broken down into discrete elements without division from him. These states we are in are for the resolution of our ignorance of what it is to BE him. A meaningful bit of humor: God deals with us according to his Separate-O-Meter. The higher our Separate-O-Meter score, the higher we are on his Reject-O-Meter. We want to get to perfect zeros!! Even the idea of him being immanent has him too distant. He isn't in; he is.

THE TROUBLE IS: WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT IT IS TO BE HIM. We all, Jews, Christians, Muslims, Hindus, occultists, Satanists, and flat-earthers, are poking around in the dark trying to find what is right to fix what is wrong, which is what we are here for. We do not know what the answer is in our not being us, but him. How do we Him? All we know is that our practice/manifestation of God is too small, too insipid, too ... ignorant. And to resolve this we have to discover Him in us ... as us.
