Matthew 22:31-32 - "God of the LIVING," Because He is the God of YOU
"'I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, the God of Jacob,' and he was not the God of the dead, except of the Living" (Matthew 22:32 Alexander, emphasis mine).
He is the God of the living, because He is the God of us, and we are living. He is the God of our Father, of everyone's Father, for He is the Consciousness of the ineffable (...?), Who has become everything. "As the Beginning, (the Ineffable) created God, the heavens, and the earth" (Genesis 1:1 Cooper). Everything comes from the Ineffable. Its Consciousness is Its "Son."
He was not the God of the dead. Note that in Exodus 3:15, He is "the God of your father." Moses' father was dead. What? He didn't make it to heaven? Not Moses' earthly father, but Creation's Father. The Ineffable acts, or "gods," by Its Consciousness. The Ineffable's Consciousness is our "God," thus it is the God of our Father, the Ineffable.Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are resurrection conditions in us if we are living. Abraham is our faith in God, Isaac is our delight in God, and Jacob is our reliance on God. "I am the Ineffable's action, the God of your faith, the God of your delight, and the God of your reliance."
