If "In Jesus' Name" Means In His Nature, Then Doesn't It Mean, "In Jesus"?

Shem, the Hebrew word for 'name', means 'nature'. If we are to pray in Jesus' nature, doesn't that actually mean that we are IN Jesus Christ just as he is in us? Christ is the power of God and is the wisdom of God, and this Kingdom is within us. It is not foreign, as "in Jesus' name" suggests. "I pray this IN JESUS," strikes me as more sincere and more relevant to the task at hand.
