Neville Goddard's Final Lectures: Warning to Readers to Listen to Audios and Correct the Text Yourself
I see my warning to readers on Amazon has been removed. I am all for purchasing Mitch Horowitz's book Neville Goddard's Final Lectures (those being given in 1972), but be forewarned that there are errors in the transcriptions. Many of the errors were caused by the difficulty of hearing just exactly what Neville said. Neville often abbreviated the first word in his sentences, like giving just a slight 'n' sound for the word "and," and he sometimes almost swallowed the 'ed' at the end of a word when he made a past tense. Several times there are sound-alike word choices that simply miss what Neville actually said. Here are a few: Page...
26 apparition s/b adumbration; for sharing s/b the foreshadowing; last paragraph--"the significance of it"; "and makes them through faith" s/b "and makes it through faith."
27 land s/b area; last paragraph--there s/b they; "he has to completely" s/b "he had to completely."
28 his s/b this; formulating s/b formulate; denied s/b denies; even full of love s/b infinite Love.
29 the s/b of; men s/b man (2x); ended s/b entered; under s/b and the.
Well, I could go on for several hundreds of these mistakes. THEY ARE NOT CAUSE TO NOT GET THE BOOK. THEY ARE CAUSE TO LISTEN AND TO CORRECT WHAT YOU THINK AND "KNOW." Get a sharp pencil and make the effort to search for the meaning, to search for God! The work is a project, and the reward for completing it will be well worth it.
