Be Saved In And By Faith, Then Ask Resolvedly In Prayer

Here is an amazing promise in the Bible:  1 John 5:15 Alexander, footnotes incorporated:

"And if we ask resolved that He hears us over to anything that we may ask of Him, we can rest assured that we have already received the requests we made of Him" (emphases mine).

"Already received." Amazing. This is Omukhulu stuff. "What requests we make of Him we can rest assured that we have already received if we ask resolved that He hears us over to anything that we may ask of Him."  But on what basis is this promise given? If we are victorious over the world for being born of God as a child of God.

There is an odd discussion in verses 5, 6, and 7 of 1st John 5: "The one who is victorious over the world is the one who believes that Jesus is the Creation, that Eashoa is Him That of Allaha . . . the One who came  in the waters and the blood [of] Jesus Christ (He was not only of the waters, except of the waters and the blood), and the [Holy] Spirit testified that the Spirit that came was the Truth." ('Eashoa' is 'Jesus' in Aramaic. It means Life-giver.)

The promise in 1st John 5 is based upon John chapter 1, which begins:

"In the beginning [of creation]
there was the Milta*;
And that Milta was with God;
and God was [the embodiment of] that Milta."

Milta means the essential connotation of a person or thing; i.e., its manifestation. The Spirit that came was and is the Milta (Miltha), the Life-giver, the Manifestation of God AS JESUS.

The one who is victorious over the world is the one who believes that Jesus is the Creation (Manifestation of God), that Eashoa (Jesus) is Him (the Milta) That of Allaha (God). . . the One who came  in the waters and the blood [of] Jesus Christ (He was not only of the waters, except of the waters and the blood), and the [Holy] Spirit testified that the Spirit (Milta) that came was the Truth (actual Manifestation). I.e., the one who is victorious over the world is the one who believes that Jesus is the Milta, actually God--literal God--in manifestation.

1st John 5:1-14, the buildup to the promise in verse 15:

1. Whoever believes that Jesus becomes the Anointed One, becomes born of God. And whoever loves the Birth-giver, loves also those who are born from Him.
2. And by this we know that we love the children of God, since we love God and we observe his commandments.
3. For this is the love of God, that His commandments be upheld and [that] His commandment not become a burden.
4. Because whoever is born of God, becomes victorious over the world. And this is the [ultimate] victory, that our faith is victorious over the world.
5. Who then is victorious over the world, except for the one who believes that Jesus is (the Creation) that Eashoa is Him That of God?
6. This is the One who came in the waters and the blood [of] Jesus Christ. He was not only of the waters, except of the waters and the blood,
7. And the [Holy] Spirit testified that the Spirit that came was the Truth.
8. And there came three witnesses, the Spirit and the Waters and the Blood, and all three are in One.
9. If we accept the testimony of human beings, how much greater [then] is the testimony of God that he testified over His Creation.
10. Whoever believes in the Son of God, has this testimony in his soul. And whoever does not believe God, makes Him a liar, by not believing the testimony that God testifies about His Son.
11. And this is that testimony, that God has given us everlasting Life, and this Life is in His Son.
12. Whoever takes the Son, also [receives the everlasting] Life, and whoever does not take the Son of God, does not [receive the everlasting] Life.
13. These things I write you so that you may know that you have Life to the end of the universe, [you who] believe in these things in the name of the Son of God.
14. And this familiarity we have with Him, that whatever we ask of Him, He is pleased to hear us.

And then the kicker, verse 15: "And if we ask resolved that He hears us over to anything that we may ask of Him, we can rest assured that we have already received the requests we made of Him" (Alexander, footnotes incorporated, emphasis mine).

IF we are born again of the Holy Ghost IN Jesus, into familiarity with Him, Jesus, the Milta/Manifestation of God (Christ IN us) is pleased to hear us.

Reflect upon this much: "I believe the Milta came in the waters and the blood of Jesus, Eashoa the Life-giver, that He died for me, that I am forgiven, and that He is pleased to hear me. Thus I can rest assured that I have already received the requests I make of Him."

I mentioned Omukhulu above. His efforts to acquire what had already been given were heard by God. Resolve, faith, and confidence are ATTITUDES. The Kingdom of God has to do with attitudes. Make sure God is in yours.
